Who comes on these trips?
Verified members of the Offline community, travelling from cities across India. Every departure is a curated group — typically up to 20–25 travellers — with its own age band (for example 25–35 or 30–40), stated on the trip page before you request a spot.
Is it just for singles?
Trips are curated singles experiences: groups are hand-picked through an application review to keep them balanced and compatible. Each trip page states its exact eligibility and age band before you apply.
What's included?
It varies by trip, so always check the inclusions list on the trip page — that list is the authoritative one. Most trips include your stay (usually twin-sharing, same gender), daily breakfast, scheduled airport transfers, internal transport for planned activities, and hosted group experiences. Flights, visas and most meals beyond breakfast are typically not included.
Who runs the trips?
Every departure travels with a dedicated trip captain from the Offline by Happy Hour team, with on-ground support throughout the trip — from the scheduled arrival transfers to the final goodbye.
Cancellation & refunds?
The booking advance you pay to reserve a spot (stated on each trip, typically ₹20,000–₹30,000) is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. Whether any of the remaining balance is refundable depends on how far before departure you cancel, per the refund policy on that trip's page. Read the trip's refund policy before paying — it is the binding version.
